Processing Time
Every jar of our whipped shea butter is handcrafted with love and made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow 7 business days for order processing before your package ships. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days $7
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout) $15

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
