Returns & Refund Policy

At Soft Girl Skin, each product is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund if your claim is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, or once your order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
